Julie Rash, daughter of David and Mary Alice Deviney of Bluff Dale and Jerry Rash of Granbury recently graduated from Draug-hon'a College of Business in Fort Worth. Commencement exercises were held at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and Harold Taft was guest speaker.

Rash graduated with an executive secretary degree, and maintained a 3.7 GPA throughout the 1 Doss on Tech dean's list Doss was also one of more than 1 ,650 students to receive a degree from Texas Tech at spring 1988 commencement exercises. She More than 2,000 Texas Tech University students qualified for the academic honorsligts at the end of the 1988 spring semester. Students on the President's Honor List earned a perfect 4.0 (A) grade-point average while enrolled in 12 or more semester hours of classwork. Students finishing 12 or more hours with a grade-point average of 3.5-3.9 qualified for the Dean's Honor list. Katharine Ann Doss, senior marketing major from Granbury, made the Dean's Honor list.

In addition to the graduating seniors, two 1987 gradutes, Brandon Mabery and Charlton Day, each received a $500 scholarship. The sergeant is a 1970 graduate of Western Hills High School, Fort Worth. He is also a 1980 graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Fla. Rick is a 1987 graduate of Granbury High School, He will be stationed at Fort Benning, Ga. and will attend Ranger School.
