wish to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Becky Ellen to Kenneth John Eazzlo, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fazzio of Houma. The couple will be wed December 16 at 11 a.m. at the Houma Church of Christ.

Miss Van7nndt is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Holly of Cranbury and Mr. and Mrs. Otto VanZandt of Tolar.

The groom-to-be Is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mr. Tony Fazzio and the late Oscar Price and Mrs. Alber-tlne Gauthreaux. The bride-elect is a graduate of South Terrebonne High School and is now attending Nlcholls State University where she Is majoring in lower and upper elenentary education.

Her prospective groom Is also a graduate of South Terrebonne High School and Is presently a draftsman for the South Louisiana Electric Co-operati ve. Ann Walters were hostesses to the Tarrent County Nursing Home Chaper on Tuesday, Dec." 5 at the Ridglea Country Club in Ft. Worth. Mrs. Neely said, "many of the Cranbury business were complimentary of some of the door prizes and we wish to express our apprication to the following, The Nutt House, De Cordova Estates, Durant Grocery, Style Center, Fashion Shop, For-get-me-not Shop, and Casual Shop." She added, "they added greatly in making our party a success." Mr. and Mrs.

RuffleThomas Jr. were honored with a surprise party to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary by their children, Wayne Thomas, Brian Thomas and Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Thomas The celebration took place on Tuesday December 12, in the Cranbury Room of the Siephenville Savings and Loan.

Those in attendance were as follows: Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wiley, Mr. and Mrs. James Wiley and Patricia, Mr.

and Mrs. Billy Wiley Steve and Lisa and Mr. and Mrs. John D. Hayworth, all of Cranbury.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Mil-burn of Arlington; Reverand Mrs. George Robinson and Mr. and Mrs.

Roy Joe Allen of Stephenville; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Reddell of Weatherford and Mr. Owen Thomas of Mil-sap. Punch, cake and coffee were served and the couple received many lovely gifts in commemoration of their 25 years of marriage.

A special fund has been started by the friends of Mrs. Alma Carswell of Cranbury to help her share the expense of the hospital bills from her sons recent automobile accident. Her son, James Ronnie Hodges, was seriously hurt in an accident near Cresson on Dec. 7. Hodges is still listed in serious condition and has been in intensive care since the accident.

Donations to the fund will be accepted by Mr. and Mrs. J.S. Carswell at 801 N. Llpan Drive or at Carswell's Coin-o-Mat at 800 W.
