I I Despite a broken finger, 12-year-old Debra Cooper twirled her way to a state twirling championship, recently in Houston. The Granbury Junior High School eighth grader, daughter of Dr.

Since the. first half of my life was spent with a "string bean" figure, it was very difficult for me to accept the person confronting me in dressing room mirrors. Nothing would fit as 1 liked. When I reached size 18 in some garments and there were usually no more numbers at the end of the clothes rack, something had to be done! missed my blue jeans and a shirt that would tuck inside them more than anything else. When I decided to ask Pat Walker's aid, that was my one and only request.

"Make me fit my jeans." I had several pair in size 16. Today I am wearing size 12. My old ones are too large now. The Pat Walker program has been delightful. Other types of excerciseprograms seem to make a bad back more painful for me.

After the first week I was looking forward to the time I could spend on the Pat Walker unit. It is like a relaxing massage and is especially good for lazy folks. The diet is reasonable. With a little time to change some eating habits, I find that it has been easy to Jive with. I know that I feel better and I hope I look better, too.
