Section HOOD COUNTY NEWS- GRANBURY, TEXAS, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19, 1980,, 1B Kerry Lynn Sargent weds David Gibson Kerry Lynn Sargent of Granbury became the bride of David Gibson, also of Granbury, in a double-ring ceremony held at the Granbury First United 1 Methodist Church at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Ruby Sargent and the late Billy John Sargent of Granbury and the groom the son of Dr.

and Mrs. Daniel Gibson, also of Granbury. Steve Oelschlaeger performed the ceremony before an altar decorated with white gladioli, daisy mums and baby's breath and flanked by matching candelabras. Given in marriage by her uncle, Algene of Sargent, the bride wore with a gown organza designed Queen Anne neckline. The bodice of lace was sprinkled with seed pearls.

The long fitted sleeves featured seven satin buttons and were edged with a lace ruffle. Eight rows of Alecon re-embroidered lace accented the full-length skirt and formed a chapel-length train. A matching illusion veil completed the bridal attire. She carried a bouquet of white rosebuds and baby's breath on a white lacecovered Bible.
