Box 1711, Granbury, Texas 76048 Winona Leona Jasper Winona Leona Jasper of Granbury, 90, passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2013. There will be no service at this time. She was born to Roy Foster and Della Simpkins Foster on March 24, 2013 in Alien, the second youngest of 11 children. Winona was raised in the area in which she was born.

She moved to Redondo Beach, with her sister Faye and brother-in-law Edgar Dupus at the age of 19. While there she met and married her beloved husband, Thomas Burks Jasper on May 8, 1942 in Yuma, after a short six month courtship. They resided in various cities of California where they had their three children, Jimmy Albert Jasper, Glenda Gail Jasper and Cheryl Jean Jasper. Winona was a loving mom, and super homemaker moving wherever jobs took them, California, New Mexico and Texas. Winona was preceded in death by her parents, 11 brothers and sisters, and one grandson, Bryan Donathon.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Tom Jasper; her son Jimmy and wife Pat of Toronto, Canada; her daughter, Glenda Donathan of Alamogordo, N.M.; her daughter, Cheryl Murray and husband Bob of Granbury; five grandchildren, Todd, Jenny and David Brett Donathan, Robbin Murray Franklin; 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Memorials: Association, North Central Texas, 2630 W. Freeway, Suite 100, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. Paul David Laraway Paul David Laraway, 81, passed away Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, in Granbury.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home. No services are planned at this time. Paul was born Feb. 11, 1932, in Mason City, Iowa, to Charles Hay Laraway and Bonnie Newton Laraway. He married Dorothy Schulz.

Survivors: Wife, Dorothy Schulz of Granbury; son, Brian Laraway and wife, Alisa, of Austin; daughter, Shannon Williams and husband, Bryan, of Ouray, grandchildren, Jordan Williams, Jenna Williams; brother, Albert V. Laraway; cousin, Donald Haug, Jr. and wife, Karol, of Wilmer, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Wiley Funeral Home made arrangements. Minnie Pearl Weeks Minnie Pearl Weeks of Granbury, 94, passed away Tuesday, Aug.

27, 2013, in Granbury. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, at Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville, Texas. Mrs.

Weeks was born Feb. 13, 1919, in Ricardo. She had lived in Granbury since 2003. Minnie had worked in the family owned dress shop and was a substance abuse counselor at the military base in Corpus Christi. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Warren Weeks, and sons, David Ayers and Dennis Ayers.

Survivors: Grandchildren, Andrea Carmack of Bluff Dale, Robert Rice of Logans Port, great-grandchildren, Jared Fore, Janni-Lee Carmack; sister, Florene Myers of Ricardo, Texas; niece, Karla Siebert; nephew, Ronnie Myers; and other ex- tended family. Arrangements were by Wiley Funeral Home. Joan S. Kennett Joan S. Kennett of Granbury, 84, passed away Wednesday, Aug.

14, 2013 in Granbury. Graveside service: 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013 at Squaw Creek Cemetery, Glen Rose. Survivors: Husband, Stanley R.

Kennett; son, Wallace S. Kennett; granddaughter, Sydney Joan Kennett; grandson, Matthew Wallace Kennett; sister, Billie Loper. Robert Livingston Way Jr. Robert Livingston Way 70, of Granbury, departed this life on Aug. 21, 2013 surrounded by family.

Robert was born Nov. 6, 1942 in Mineral Wells to Agnes Katherine Kidd and Robert Livingston Way. Robert is survived by his wife, Jean, brothers Herby Way, David Way, Douglas Way, wife Rhonda, Richard Aghamalian, Robert Aghamalian, wife Ange, sister Rebecca Threatt, sons Britt Canary, wife Amy, and Brad Canary, stepsons Brian Stone, wife Amanda, Stephen Stone, wife Jamie, stepdaughter Angi Miller, 11 grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. Robert retired in 2003 after 39 years in the banking and finance industry. He moved to Granbury shortly after retiring where he became a charter member of the Comanche Peak Detachment of the Marine Corps League.

Robert was a loving husband, father and a devoted grandfather. He will be missed by all that loved him. Memorial service was Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at the Acton Baptist Church, 1894 Building, 3500 Fall Creek Highway, Granbury, Texas. Wayne D.

Hagood Wayne D. Hagood, real estate counselor and appraiser, was born in Fort Worth, Dec. 3, 1924, and passed away Aug. 27, 2013. He resided at Lake Granbury since March of 1985.

In World War II he was in the Navy Air Force as a gunner on an Avenger Torpedo Bomber, was carrier based in the Pacific, saw action at Palau, Leyte, Luzon, and Iwo Jima, and was awarded the Air Medal and other citations. He was married to Betty Jean Collins on Dec. 3, 1946, and she was the true light and love of his life throughout the years. Her beauty and charm, her smile and sparkling blue eyes inspired him in all his endeavors. An Internationally known counselor, appraiser, and lecturer, he was active professionally in the field from February of 1950, until his retirement as Chairman Emeritus of Hagood Realty Advisors, a professional firm which he established in 1953.

After retirement he served on the Appraisal Review Board of Hood County. He was a member of Panther City Lodge, and was affiliated with Fort Worth Chapter, RAM and Fort Worth Council, Worth Commandry, Moslah Shrine, the Scottish Rite, and Order of DeMolay. As a member of Acton United Methodist Church, he served as Finance Chairman, Treasurer, Trustee, Administrative Council, Chairman of the Cross and Flame Endowment Fund, and was the primary author of the Strategic Plan. In later years he became involved with Habitat for Humanity of Hood County. His stated mission in life was to live respected and die regretted.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, David Hagood and wife Jeanie of Fort Worth, one daughter Diane Burton and husband Larry of Spur, Texas, grandchildren Lindsey Hagood, Matt Burton, Paul Burton, Alicia Burton Cloud, Lisa Jones, and Lori Dunn; greatgrandchildren: Jeramy, Keegan, and Dillon Jack Cloud, Lauren and Lainey Dunn, Tiffany and Matthew Jones, and one sister- in-law Pamela Hagood. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Gladys and Clyde Hagood, and brother Dr. C.O. Hagood, Jr. Funeral services: Acton United Methodist Church Friday, Aug.

Wiley Funeral Home made arrangements. Donald Ralph Helm Granbury businessman Donald Ralph Helm, of Crowley, 53, loving father and grandfather, passed away Thursday, Aug.

28, 1960, in Fort Worth. He was a Farmers Insurance Agent in Granbury for 16 years. Most recently he was co-owner of Christian Media Associates. Don was preceded in death by his father, Rodney Dick Helm and grandson, Drey Jennings. Survivors: Loving former wife, Lona Helm of Crowley; son, Jordan Helm of Crowley; mother, Jeannette Helm of Fort Worth; stepson, Heath Jennings and his wife Cassidy of Benbrook; grandson, Devin Jennings of Benbrook; granddaughter, Kayla Jennings of Benbrook; brothers, Dick Helm of Fort Worth, and Steve Helm and wife, Maurine, of Bossier City, sister- in-law, Pamela Helm of Weatherford; and many loving nieces, nephews, friends and business associates.

Peter Haerle Peter Haerle, Col. USAF Retired, of Granbury, passed away on Aug. 24, after a long, courageous battle with and He is survived by his wife, Leta, his daughter, Lynda and her husband Mike, and his sons, Geoff and his wife Karen, Brad and his wife Heidi, and Wade and his wife Cindy. He had seven grandchildren, Lexie, Isabel, Stefan, Peyton, Evan, Katy and Luke. Born in Portland, Oregon, he was a graduate of Yale University and earned a at the University of Oklahoma.

He was married to Mary Ell Leta Smith, of Sulphur Bluff, Texas for 53 years. He was a decorated RF4 jet pilot for 26 years in the United States Air Force, serving his country in Southeast Asia He was a professor of ROTC at Duke University. He was a loving husband, beloved father, and a mentor to an entire generation of military pilots and university students. He was active in Granbury Kiwanis and the Hood County Jail Historical Society. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Association or Disease Foundation.

Funeral Services: National Cemetery Dallas, Friday, Aug. 30, 10:15 a.m. Wiley Funeral Home made arrangements. Judy Jamison Judy Jamison of Granbury, 75, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, at her residence.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at Granbury First United Methodist Church. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug.

30, at Wiley Funeral Home. Memorials: American Cancer Society. Judy was born July 6, 1938, in Oak Park, to Emil E. Brejcha and Eleanor Marie Michal Brejcha. She married Jerry Lee Jamison, Jan.

23, 1982, in Sycamore, Ill. She was a librarian at Hinsdale High School and Genoa-Kingston High School, both in Illinois, George Peabody Elementary and North Dallas High School, both in Dallas, and Westcliff Elementary in Fort Worth. Judy loved roller coasters, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors: Husband of 31 years, Jerry Jamison; children, Mike Harmon and wife, Linda, Steve Harmon and wife, Sally, Mike Jamison and wife, Marianne, Jeff Jamison and wife, Lori; grandchildren, Eric Jamison, Kaylee Jamison, Kelly Jamison, Brittany Harmon, Taylor Harmon, Matthew Harmon, Anne Harmon, Kate Harmon, Jocelyn Wiltgen, Andrew Nolan; great grandchild, Elena Wiltgen; sister, Carol Evans and husband, Lowell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were by Wiley Funeral Home. Linda D. Agrue Linda D. Agrue (nee Zobel) age 64 passed away Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013 at Renfro Healthcare Center in Waxahachie with her loving family by her side.

She was born on April 17, 1949 in Joliet, IL where she grew up, graduating from St. Grade School and St. Francis Academy, class of 1967. She moved to Texas in 1981. Linda is survived by her loving Mother, Mary Lou Johnson of Granbury: her husband Joseph Agrue of Tolar; four children, Joe (Shannon) Sak Jr, of Minooka, IL, Jennifer (Chris) Carroll of Peoria, IL, David (Chelsea) Agrue of Acton, and Michelle (Lonnie) Lucero of Granbury; two brothers, Ronald Zobel of Austin, and Michael (Mary) Zobel of Crowley; six grandchildren; Kristina and Matthew Sak, Nathan Carroll, Alyssa Stovall, Aniston and Gage Lucero.

She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Zobel and stepfather, Harold Johnson. Linda was deeply spiritual, loved to dance, read, and spend time with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed and loved for an eternity. The family wishes to thank the kind staff at Alpha Omega and Heart to Heart Hospice for the wonderful care they provided to Linda. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Memory Center.
